I am an active working sixty six year old man in relative good health. I was introduced to Kratom about a year ago while having some minor aches pains and it worked well.

Also at the same time not liking the side effects of my medications (statins, aspirin, prostate medication) I began altering my diet enough while following the recommended periodic health “check ups” with my doctor to the point not to take pills any more only Kratom.

Here are some of the pleasant side effects that I noticed. My blood circulation improves especially in my extremities. I use to have horrible cramps and took magnesium tablets daily so I could get rest at night… not anymore! It also helps me stay more focused to my daily routine.

Τι άλλο να πω. Σε πρωινό ξύπνημα μετά από μεθύσι, δεν υπάρχει καλύτερο. Επίσης και κάποιες φορές που είχα ημικρανία με βοήθησε. Επίσης όσες φορές χρειάστηκε να βρω σωματικές αντοχές για έκτακτες περιπτώσεις εργασίας εκτεταμένης διάρκειας, το κράτομ μου έδωσε αρκετά επιπλέον χιλιόμετρα (το δίναν στους εργάτες, στις ζούγκλες της Ασίας, για να δουλεύουν με τις ώρες). Επίσης, όποτε το έχω παρακάνει με την δόση (εγώ παίρνω 5-6 γρ, αν και σιγά σιγά την μειώνω) έχω μεγάλη υπνηλία. Μεγάλη.

Ναι. Όσο και να αποφεύγω τις εξαρτήσεις από ουσίες παντός είδους, το Κράτομ στην φάση που βρίσκομαι είναι κάτι λιγότερο από απαραίτητο. Και ενημερώνω ότι όσες φορές έχω ξεμείνει, εντάξει είναι δύσκολα, αλλά ποτέ τραγικά. Θέλω να πω ότι επιβιώνω και χωρίς αυτό.

Μία φορά το πρωί με το ξύπνημα (σχεδόν αμέσως, δυστυχώς) και όποτε άλλοτε ζοριστώ ψυχολογικά (σε σημείο που να καίει το στομάχι μου).

Ναι.Βέβαια. Έχω διαπιστώσει το εξής. Το Κράτομ είναι κλασσική περίπτωση του δίπολου Φάρμακο-Φαρμάκι. Όταν το παίρνεις συνειδητά και με φειδώ, έχεις ένα στήριγμα για τις δύσκολες ψυχολογικά μέρες (έχω διαπιστωμένη κατάθλιψη). Όταν φοβάσαι να αντιμετωπίσεις τα προβλήματά σου και αποφεύγεις τα δύσκολα συνεχώς, πέραν του ότι θα καταντήσει ανώφελη, θα σε κάνει έναν γκρίζο άνθρωπο. Γενικά το κράτομ αυτό κάνει. Σαν το equalizer ένα πράμα. Βάζει τις στάθμες όλες στην μέση. Κάνει την ζωή υποφερτή.

Είμαι κανονικός χρήτης κράτομ γιατί το έχω συνηθήσει στην ρουτίνα μου, όπως με τον καφέ. Γενικά με βοηθά να είμαι πιο παραγωγικός, με καταστολή αρνητικών σκέψιον. that's it.

Το μόνο negative στο φυτό απ ότι βλέπω είναι ότι μπορείς να κρασάρεις μετά από δυνατή δόση. Με την έννοια ότι θες ένα υπνάκο και μετά είσαι έτοιμος. Το άλλο είναι ότι κάποιες strain μπορεί να σε κάνει να τσιτώνεσαι πιο έυκολο απ ότι συνήθως. Απλά δεν είναι τίποτα μπροστά από την γενικη επίδραση ότι όλα καλά θα πάνε. Δεν έχω παρατηρίσει ότι είναι εθιστικό.

Don’t believe the negative publicity.

Kratom works naturally to help those overcome harmful addictions. But this is not automatic! You must WANT to control your habits and actions. Kratom is a beautiful and useful tool for this.

Yup. Everyday.

Because I am an addict. I have been addicted to many things in my life, cigarettes, alcohol, methamphetamines, cocaine, ghb, pretty much anything I could get, not heroin thought!

Kratom keeps the dogs of addiction at bay and let me have my life back!

Addiction is a Pandora's box and once it has been

Wanting to feel good and pain free is not a crime!

Kratom is an amazing natural remedy for so many things, especially for those with chronic conditions! Life can be better, naturally!

There is much FUD (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt) being spread throughout the world for so many beautiful and positive things in nature.(Cannabis is another example that the world is waking up to!)

Kratom should be at the at the top of everyone's natural list of herbal remedies.

Kratom is powerful:

Kratom can be used every day to help with various illnesses and conditions

But it should be used with respect, like almost anything IT CAN BE ABUSED.

Kratom can also be very casual.

It can be drank like coffee 1 or 2 times a day for a alternative (or along with!) just for the mood boosting and energy effects.

As I grow older, my morning Kratom is more important than my morning coffee.. Aches and pains alleviated and makes every morning a good morning.

I first heard about Kratom around 2004.

I have always been interested in botany. From echinacea to growing a food garden, I have been interested in all sorts of plants. I learned about Kratom when it was mentioned more and more often in various online forums talking about healing herbs and plants.

I heard it was one of the best natural pain relieving plants, as well as being a caffeine free alternative coffee. I also heard it can make you feel good.

When did you first try Kratom?

The first time I tried Kratom was about 10 years later than when I heard about it. Around 2015..

Is Kratom part of your life? Why?

Initially I tried Kratom just to see what all the talk was about. But after seeing and feeling all the benefits of this plant I have included it in my day to day life just like Coffee.

I have several chronic problems that leave me in pain most days, ruptured disc in my lower back

Previously I would use a combination of an NSAID (Mesulid) and a muscle relaxant (Muscoril) to help manage this, but now Kratom is enough for most days. I probably use the Mesulid/Muscoril combo less than 1 time a month anymore. It used to be 2-4 days a week.

How do you take Kratom and how much and how often?

99% of the time I make a tea with Kratom and Drink it. Anywhere from 2 - 10 teas a day.

When I am on the go traveling and don't have the opportunity to make a tea, I will just do a shot of the dry powder and drink it with some water (Toss and Wash), although I prefer a tea.

Any Negatives or Warning you would tell others?

I initially started taking high doses of Kratom, anywhere from 5 to 10 grams per tea.

And since Kratom made me feel so good (euphoria) I would keep trying to chase that effect with higher doses. (I would even say when I first found Kratom, I was overusing/abusing it.)

But I found out that using Kratom this way was not beneficial and led to some negative side effects!

Some of the negative side effect I would have at those higher doses is I would get dizzy, it would make me tired, and the “comedown” was significantly more pronounced.

Basically with high doses I would stop feeling as good and the positive effects would be outweighed by the negative effects.

Now I try and keep all of my tea under 5g(3 - 4g) and I don't chase the euphoria. I use it therapeutically to manage chronic conditions that it helps with, along with the energy and mood boost.
